About

About

Andrew Adams, PTA, NASM-PES, LMT, trained under one of the premiere Fascial Counterstrain practitioners in the world. This has allowed him to work with not just orthopedics but any number of health concerns.

Andrew is a graduate of Penn State, a strength coach from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and one of the first ATG movement coaches in our region. He is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and Massage Therapist. He has a background in sports medicine and outpatient orthopedics physical therapy with certifications in myofascial cupping, IASTM, kinesio taping and muscle energy techniques.

Andrew is  a soldier in the US Army Reserve and resides in Lynchburg, VA with his wife and son. In his free time he loves to play guitar, hike and be outdoors with his family, and play soccer with the Lynchburg Soccer community.
